My education

My journey began with obtaining a Bac Hôtelier, providing me with an understanding of culinary techniques, dish composition and gastronomy

This solid foundation allows me today to create eating plans that are not only healthy, but also delicious and achievable

I completed a BTS in Dietetics, thus acquiring in-depth knowledge of nutrition, specific nutritional needs and the fundamental principles of dietetics

Then, my Degree in Food and Health Prevention broadened my perspective, integrating a holistic approach to health through food

I also followed the Therapeutic Patient Education training
